Time to color! 2nd Annual Coloring Contest

Child Care Connections is excited to announce our Second Annual Coloring Contest! The Coloring Contest brings together children and families in our community to raise awareness of important issues surrounding childcare as well as celebrate our youngest community members!

Last year’s event was a success, and this year’s event is looking even brighter! From March through April, we plan to reach over 1,000 kids ages 0-12 in Gallatin, Park, Meagher, Lewis & Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater counties. It’s free to participate and kids get a chance to win fun prizes!

For this year’s all virtual event, we’ll be giving out and collecting completed coloring pages and hosting virtual art classes by local artists throughout the month of March. In early April we’ll display all entries online and ask the community to vote on their favorites for each of the five age groups. To wrap things up, we’ll be hosting a virtual awards celebration for the contestants and community on April 15th, Artsy Thursday during Week of the Young Child.
