Before children can explore and learn, they must feel connected to the adults in the classroom setting. Come explore the impact of attachment on learning and how it drives children’s interactions with us. We will start at the very beginning, with infants and toddlers, and then explore how attachment guides our interactions even as adults. We will also be briefly introduced to the Circle of Security and how this model can help us understand the needs of the children in our classrooms.
