2019 Spring Mini Conference: Supporting Young Children with Autism in Early Childhood Settings

Join us for the 2019 Spring Mini Conference for Licensed Child Care Providers- Understanding and Supporting Young Children with Autism in Early Childhood Settings.

Saturday, April 27th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at St. Peters Hospital in Helena, MT.

Cost: $50 before 3.31.19 or $55 after 4.1.19
Credit Hours: 6

The training will provide information about identifying young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, provide information on empirically-validated programs for young children with ASD, and training provide information about child-focused interventions to support young children with ASD in early childhood classrooms.

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will be able to understand and describe the core deficits in children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

2. Participants will be able to understand and describe the essential elements of effective interventions for young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

3. Participants will be able to understand how to implement foundational child-focused interventions that essential for the success of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
