Concerns about your Child Care Program

The Role of the Child Care Licensing (CCL) program is to inspect and monitor the health, safety, and well-being of children in licensed and registered child care facilities. In addition, CCL establishes rules & regulations to ensure basic health and safety standards are followed. To report a concern to Licensing, families may file a complaint here.
