Early Childhood Oral Health

-This course addresses the prevalence, etiology, and consequences of early childhood tooth-decay. Participants will learn to identify risk factors, recognize the various stages of tooth-decay, and counsel families on preventive techniques. Additionally, this course will discuss common oral issues in children such as teething, non-nutritive sucking, and trauma.
