This training will explore what the phenomenon known as teacher burnout is. The goal is to share self-care practices, mindfulness practices for positivity, optimistic thinking and to lighten up the environment around you to help support the everyday struggles of teacher burnout. This training will be highly interactive.
Teacher burnout is a well-known and researched field. It has been documented in the literature that teachers experience high levels of stress and emotional exhaustion, which leads to high levels of burnout and professional attrition.
