New Proposed Licensing Package

What you need to know

The Department of Public Health and Human Services(DPHHS)  has released a Proposed notice in the matter of  New Proposed Child Care Licensing Rules. You can read the rule package by clicking HERE.

A public hearing is scheduled for November 13th, 2023 at 9:00am via remote conferencing. You may join via zoom by visiting this link or by dialing  +1 (646) 558-8656, Meeting ID 857 9222 7402 and password 151321.

DPHHS will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities wishing to participate in the rulemaking process or need an alternative accessible format of this notice.
