Enjoy snacks and beverages as we submit your application to the Practitioner Registry (Required by July 1, 2019), process your fingerprints and answer questions about Best Beginnings, becoming a STARS Provider, Emergency Preparedness, CPR and trainings, and more.

You will need to bring:
-To submit your Practitioner Registry application (Required by MT State by July 1, 2019)- CPR cards, diploma’s and/or transcripts
-To have your fingerprints done (Required by MT State by Sept 30th, 2019)- Photo ID, and payment if applicable
