Child Care Referral Program

Join the Child Care Referral Program to let families know about your child care program!

The Best Beginnings Child Care Referral Program connects legally operating Child Care Providers with families in need of care. To participate in this program, providers must opt-in by completing the Provider Information Form (PIF).

Once you are registered with this program, providers can simply update your vacancies using the Vacancy Update Form, and your rates using the Rate Update Form linked below. When you information is current, we’ll connect families seeking care with your program.

Note: Provider reimbursement rates for the Best Beginnings Child Care Scholarship pay either the provider’s rate or the statewide provider reimbursement rate, whichever is lower. You can find the current reimbursement rates HERE.
