The Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program is a voluntary quality rating improvement system that aligns quality indicators with support and incentives for early childhood programs and early childhood professionals.

Resources and support through coaching, technical assistance, professional development, and STARS kits will be available for those child care programs selected for the STARS Program. STARS is free to participate in, and Child Care Connections will help you along the way!
